A World of Discovery - Great Lakes Zoological Society Conservation Center and Rescue - A Great Family Destination!

REPTILE ZOO!

The Great Lakes Zoological Society’s World of Discovery Reptile Zoo is a family destination featuring Reptiles, Amphibians, Birds, Insects, and Arachnids, and also functions as a reptile rescue and adoption center. The 5000 square foot indoor exhibit houses over 100 animals representing over 70 exotic and Michigan indigenous species. We have a spacious gift shop and a classroom where school children, scouts, and birthday goers enjoy a hands-on interpretive education program. We educate kids, promote conservation, and help animals. We are located on the west side of Ann Arbor and are open seven days a week from 10 to 6.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so all philanthropic contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Please visit our Donations page to make a contribution.
